Simone Sassoli is an Architect and Construction Project Manager with extensive experience managing high-end retail and hospitality projects across the United Kingdom and Europe. He specializes in the delivery of flagship stores, restaurants, and office spaces for luxury brands and international clients.

Throughout his career, he has overseen the full construction process, from initial planning through final handover, managing project budgets of up to EUR 15 million with continuous cost control and the implementation of value engineering strategies. He has coordinated multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP and structural engineers, clients, subcontractors, and health and safety coordinators, managing site activities through detailed construction schedules, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation.
